2. With your back flat on the floor, raise both of your knees to form a 90 degree angle with your upper body. So your knees should be bent and your upper legs should be forming the angle.
3. With a steady motion, bring your right elbow to your left knee in a crunching motion causing your body to twist and your abdominal muscles to tighten.

The Superman
This is a great exercise that helps to strengthen the core and provide stability. The steps to perform this great ab exercise are:
1. Kneel on all fours and keep your knees under your hips. Keep your knees in close together. Also make sure your hands are under the shoulder and a shoulder width apart.
2. Exhale and slowly raise an opposite arm and leg until they are parallel to the floor.
3. Inhale and slowly return the arm and leg to the starting position.
4. Repeat this exercise for 8 to 12 reps, then repeat the exercise using the other arm and leg.
*Remember when I say opposite arm and leg I mean that if you raise your right arm then you lift your left leg and vice versa.*
